With over 25 years of experience in design, prototyping and testing of complete micro-cooling systems, the owners of the company have leveraged the knowledge acquired in the academic domain to real-world and practical cases to provide you with a key competitive advantage by introducing passive two-phase cooling for low to high power density electronics.
